  • Traditional booth: Full acoustic insulation. Delivers better audio quality to the end-user. Dimensions: 1.6 m x 1.6 m x 2.2 m. Installation time: 45 minutes.
  • Portable booth: It is assembled on top of a table. Provides less acoustic insulation. It is recommended for events of up to 100 participants. Installation time: 15 minutes.
  • In-person simultaneous interpretation: Delivers the message between the speaker and the audience in real-time, through an interconnected system between the booth and the audio receivers (headphones).
  • Remote simultaneous interpretation: Delivers the message between the speaker and the audience in real-time, through a video conferencing platform. For this, it is necessary that all participants have internet access and that they have devices that meet the technical requirements of the platform. We recommend using Zoom. This modality is recommended for any type of activity done remotely, from small meetings to conferences and seminars.
  • Consecutive interpretation: Delivers the message between the speaker and the audience, with pauses. Recommended for events with small groups (up to 10 people). Beware that because everything has to be said twice, it will take about twice as long as it would without consecutive interpretation. Should this be inconvenient, we recommend that you choose simultaneous interpretation.
  • Whispered interpretation: This is individual simultaneous interpretation, which delivers the message one-on-one and without the support of equipment.
  • Contact interpretation: This provides support for foreigners in one-on-one meetings.
  • Translation is the service of transferring the content of a written document, from the source language to the target language. This is done by a professional translator, who specializes in writing in the target language.
  • Meanwhile, interpretation is the service of transferring verbal content from the source language to the target language. This is done by one or more interpreters who are specialists in conveying, clearly and precisely, what the speaker says. Interpretation can be performed in five different modalities: in-person simultaneous, remote simultaneous, consecutive, whispering, and contact interpretation.
  • The infrared system* is a wireless transmission technology that uses infrared light waves. It has high stability and fidelity, which are the practical features of this system. It allows confidentiality of the information since the reception of the signal is restricted to the sector delimited by the antennas. Assembly time: 45 minutes. A minimum number of 100 receivers.

* Subject to technical feasibility. It is not suitable for outdoors, or environments with too much natural or artificial light (stages, TV, etc.).

  • Radiofrequency system: this is a radio wave wireless transmission technology, with a range of up to 100 meters in an open plan. It can be used onsite, with a quick and simple assembly. Installation time: 15 minutes. A minimum number of 50 users.
  • You have to define the interpretation modality for your activity.
  • If it is a simultaneous interpretation, you have to define the technology (infrared or radio frequency) and the type of assembly (portable or traditional).
  • You also have to determine the number of participants.
  • You have to identify the characteristics of the place (the available space and the amplification capacity).
  • In addition, you have to establish a program for the event (topic, schedules, nationality of speakers, and participants).
  • This is calculated depending on the number of words and the value of the rate applied, which depends on the following variables: language, the complexity of the content, format, and deadline.
